An Evening Edition!
Today’s photos and video were shot around 3PM at Bonnet Street Beach Access.
It’s been a beautiful day on the Outer Banks with clear, blue skies. It’s been in the mid 60′s today with a 5-9 mph wind coming from the west. Winds will pick up later this evening around 10-15 mph.
The fishing is still good. Everyone’s catching Drum! Also catching some Bluefish, Spot, Pigfish, Sand Perch, Sea Mullet and more!
The surf has picked up this afternoon. It appears to be shoulder to head high, sometimes a little too disorganized to ride, but plenty of ridable waves out there. Not sure how long it’ll last, but get out there while you can.
It’s a great time to be on the Outer Banks! If you’re not already here, let us help you get here! Check us out online at www.OuterBanksVacations.com
